365 Finance strengthens credit leadership with appointment of Jagriti Singh as Head of Credit

365 Finance, one of the UK’s leading revenue-based SME lenders, announces the appointment of Jagriti Singh as Head of Credit. Singh brings over ten years of expertise in advanced analytics, credit strategy, and risk management, to support the company’s ambitious growth trajectory as it scales towards £200 million in annual originations.
Singh joins 365 Finance from Virgin Money, where she served as Head of Risk Analytics Strategy, establishing and leading a high-performing team of specialists to centralise modelling initiatives across the bank’s 150-strong Model Risk function. In this role, she spearheaded some of the bank’s biggest change programmes, including transformation of data aggregation and reporting practices, while driving efficiency through automation and regulatory compliance.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jagriti to the 365 Finance family,” said Warren Abbey, CEO of 365 Finance. “Her proven track record in building sophisticated risk analytics frameworks and driving digital transformation perfectly aligns with our mission to empower SMEs through innovative, AI-powered lending solutions. As we continue our rapid expansion into new markets like Ireland, Jagriti’s expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our industry-leading approval rates while scaling responsibly.”
Prior to Virgin Money, Singh spent six years at McKinsey & Company as a risk expert, where she led transformational projects for top-tier financial institutions across Europe. Her notable achievements include developing AI-powered credit frameworks that enabled multi-million-dollar lending for European banking clients, creating NLP-based transaction classifiers for enhanced credit scoring, and designing monitoring frameworks for prime hedge fund portfolios exceeding $300 billion in gross market value.
Singh’s appointment comes as 365 Finance experiences unprecedented growth, with over 50% year on-year increases in funded deals. The company’s Rev&U™ platform, which leverages AI technology to provide funding decisions within minutes, has supported over 7,000 UK businesses with more than £500 million in funding since 2014.
The platform’s innovative revenue-based model eliminates fixed monthly payments, instead tying repayments to business performance – increasing when revenue is higher and decreasing during quieter periods.
“I’m excited to join 365 Finance at such a pivotal moment in the company’s evolution,” said Jagriti Singh. “The combination of cutting-edge AI technology and a customer-centric approach to SME lending represents the future of financial services. I look forward to enhancing our credit analytics capabilities to support even more businesses, while maintaining the responsible lending practices that have earned 365 Finance its exceptional reputation.”
Singh holds Bachelor and Master of Technology degrees in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, and is an AWS Cloud Practitioner with extensive expertise in Python, R, machine learning, and advanced analytics platforms.
The appointment reinforces 365 Finance’s commitment to attracting top-tier talent as it continues expanding across Europe. Earlier this year, the company secured a £150 million debt facility supported by Pollen Street Capital and launched operations in Ireland, with plans to scale to over €100 million in lending in the coming years.
