301 NEW HOMES TO BE DELIVERED TO WELLINGBOROUGH

Barratt and David Wilson Homes has released plans for a brand new development of 301 high quality homes on Park Farm Way in Wellingborough.

The new Wendel View development will consist of three, four and five bedroom traditional properties, which will appeal to a range of buyers looking for pastures new.

The development will have new properties which appeal to property seekers at every point of the home buying journey; from first time buyers to those looking for their forever home.

Alongside the 602 jobs the development will underpin, more than £5.8 million will be invested into the market town and its surrounding areas, which includes over £3.5m towards education.
