Currently only available as a retail product, SHEESE have their eyes set on the on-trade market. Their collaboration with the critically acclaimed FOXDEN Burgers, the new pizza specialists, PIZZA TRIBE and the ever decadent, BOBO SOCIAL marks their arrival into the restaurant space in style.

Entirely animal free and made in a dedicated free from factory on the idyllic Island of Bute in Scotland, most of their range is award winning. Offering a wide range of cheese alternatives, they are all dairy free, gluten free, non-GMO and certified vegan. Ideal for any plant-based diet, or special dietary requirements such as gluten intolerant, SHEESE is the ideal solution to any cheese compromised consumer or those choosing a flexi-diet.

Ø Over in Shoreditch, the team at PIZZA TRIBE known for their pizza by the (rectangular) slice have combined mozzarella Sheese with wild mushroom, truffle cream, and rocket to create ‘The Blondie’ which echoes the woodland vibes of autumn.
