Quintain Living welcomed over 3,400 new residents in 2021

A combination of high-quality apartments, amenities, on-site community and flexible leases have fuelled a huge increase in demand for homes to rent in London’s Wembley Park. Quintain Living – the award-winning management company overseeing the rental of more than 3,000 apartments in the neighbourhood – saw the number of residents moving in increase by 166% in 2021, compared to pre-pandemic figures from 2019. In total, more than 3,400 new residents chose to make Quintain Living’s apartments their home during 2021.

Residents are drawn to Quintain Living’s homes for a wide range of reasons. For many, it is the extensive range of facilities on offer that make the homes so attractive. Loide Azinheiro, who lives in Quintain Living’s Canada Gardens apartments with husband Joao and son Benjamin, has been delighted by the amenities on offer:

“The apartments are amazing and having a concierge makes our lives much easier. We have booked the BBQ so we will be using it soon and we’ll try the playhouse and the pirate ship soon enough too.”

Canada Gardens is known for its outstanding social spaces. The development offers a pirate ship-themed children’s play area and water feature, an acre of private podium gardens awash with garden-party design features like outdoor kitchen entertainment spaces and BBQs, a huge roof terrace and a serviced clubhouse. It has hireable allotment beds, designer work-from-home garden sheds and a beautiful children’s playhouse for private party hire.

Another aspect of the appeal of Quintain Living’s homes is the flexibility of tenancies on offer. Residents can choose a tenancy length of anything from three months to three or more years. In December 2021, the average lease length at Quintain Living reached almost two years (23.4 months). Not only that but homes are available deposit-free, contributing to the hassle-free rental experience that Quintain Living offers.
