Foodhub signs deal with Gateshead F.C.
Foodhub has announced a new partnership with non-league side Gateshead F.C.
The deal sees Foodhub sponsor Gateshead’s away shirt this season, with the option to extend the sponsorship after a year.
The Foodhub logo is displayed on the back of the club’s away kit, and the innovative food tech company have also launched an exclusive matchday meal deal for fans at the Gateshead International Stadium.
Launched on Saturday, as Gateshead shared the spoils in a 1-1 draw against promotion hopefuls Boreham Wood F.C., Foodhub’s pre-ordering mechanism allows fans to skip half-time queues.
This means members of the Heed Army can enjoy a selection of hot treats and snacks – without worrying about missing the action
Having already announced a collaboration with Stoke City F.C. last month, this is the second partnership Foodhub has launched with a football team this season.
Gateshead F.C. are a Full Time Professional Club who currently play in the Vanarama National League, the fifth level of English Football.
It is hoped this partnership will offer the community club added security and allow them to continue thriving.
Bernard McWilliams, Gateshead F.C. Vice Chairman, said: “We are really excited to have Foodhub as a commercial partner for the 2022/2023 Season.
“Foodhub’s community-led approach to business and the initiatives and support they offer will help improve the fan experience on a match day, and that is a real positive for the club, thanks to a partnership that will go well beyond this season.”
Ardian Mula, Foodhub CEO, said: “We are thrilled to be partnering with Gateshead F.C.
“This is a strong community club which has a great relationship with the fans and people of Gateshead – we believe it is really important to support this.
