Annington is set to launch its latest development of refurbished homes in West London in the newly regenerated borough of Hounslow. The first phase will consist of two and three-bedroom homes on Cavalry Green, which borders a large green space and are available for sale at the beginning of November.
The development sees rarely available houses with gardens within walking distance of Hounslow West Station. Located on a private street in a well-established residential area, the former married quarter’s properties have been lightly refurbished by Annington ahead of sale. The homes benefit from either a private garage or allocated parking. Buyers at this development could make significant savings on their home purchase, following the stamp duty threshold changes. Homebuyers will pay no stamp duty on the first £250,000 of their home, while first time buyers are exempt from this tax on properties valued below £425,000[1].
