BBQ Summer Recipes – Gordon’s Gin PitchersI

Gordon’s Gin who have created some delicious shareable cocktail pitchers, perfect for summer and BBQ season!

Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin Pitcher
Ingredients
Makes x6 servings in a two litre jug
300ml Gordons Premium Pink Distilled Gin
600ml Schweppes Lemonade
2 large handfuls of fresh berries
1 handful basil leaves
Ice

Method
Fill your sharing jug up to around a third with ice
Add the Gordon’s Premium Pink Distilled Gin, then top with your Schweppes Lemon
Add in your berries & about half a handful of basil leaves, then use your muddler to distribute the ice and berries through the jug, and make sure everything’s combined. If the berries release a little juice, all the tastier!
Top with the remaining basil leaves and enjoy!

Gordon’s Sicilian Lemon Distilled Gin Pitcher
Ingredients
Makes x6 servings in a two litre jug
300ml Gordons Sicilian Lemon Distilled Gin
600ml Schweppes Ginger Ale
1 large lemon
1 handful mint leaves
Ice

Method
Slice your lemon into wheels
Fill your sharing jug up to around a third with ice
Add the Gordons Sicilian Lemon Distilled Gin, then top with your Schweppes Ginger Ale
Add in your lemon & about half a handful of mint leaves, then use your muddler to distribute the ice and berries through the jug, and make sure everything’s combined
Top with the remaining mint leaves and enjoy!

Gordon’s Tropical Passionfruit Distilled Gin Pitcher
Ingredients
Makes x6 servings in a two litre jug
300ml Gordons Tropical Passionfruit Distilled Gin
400ml Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
200ml coconut water or pineapple juice
1 large lime
Ice

Method
Slice your lime into wheels
Fill your sharing jug up to around a third with ice
Add the Gordons Tropical Passionfruit Distilled Gin, then top with your Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
Add in your lime wheels then use your muddler to distribute the ice and berries through the jug, and make sure everything’s combined.
Top with the coconut water or pineapple juice: whatever you prefer!
