Kicking off the August bank-holiday weekend with two incredible performances is the internationally celebrated Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra. On Saturday 26 August get ready for a touch of magic with a spectacular ‘Night at the Musicals’ programme. West End musicals lovers can immerse themselves in the fun, romance, and drama of their favourite stage shows in this unique show-stopping experience, featuring a host of guest star vocalists and the world-famous orchestra conducted by Peter Balcombe.

Returning to the stage on Sunday 27 August, the Royal Philarmonic’s 60-piece concert orchestra will present ‘Proms in the Park’, an unforgettable night of musical majesty with a special programme of masterpieces from composers including Tchaikovsky, Elgar and Puccini. For a striking finish, concert-goers can expect an impressive fireworks finale to end the night with a bang.

The final day of performances at Battersea Park welcome the finest soul and jazz talent the UK has to offer. Fans who missed out on the charming Gabrielle’s sold out show at The Royal Albert Hall can catch her this August, where she’s set to leave audiences spellbound with her dulcet tones. Gabrielle was recently handpicked by Grammy-award winning singer Adele as her opening act during her 2022 BST Hyde Park shows and this year celebrates 30 years of her breakthrough single Dreams.

Other performers include double MOBO award winning British saxophonist YolanDa Brown, injecting her spontaneous originality with fusions of reggae, jazz and soul. Making waves, YolanDa has previously collaborated with Kelly Jones from Stereophonics and Rick Astley.

Joining the line-up is The Ronnie Scott’s All Stars, the legendary venue’s very own band. Honouring the many celebrated artists who have stepped foot on stage at Ronnie’s, their energetic performance pays homage to the club’s rise from a basement bar where local musicians would jam to the internationally acclaimed establishment it is today.
