The big C festivities are in full swing at Bill’s with a Santa-approved set-menu, limited-edition cocktail and food specials, brand-new interactive game and treats for Santa’s little pawsome helpers…
Bill’s new festive 3-course set menu available from £32.95 for Christmas party bookings includes the delicious and delightful favourites you won’t want to miss! From the King Prawn Cocktail; a tower of smoked salmon pâté, king prawns & spicy avo salad to start, Pancetta Wrapped Turkey with Cumberland stuffing, pig in blanket, seasonal greens, roast potatoes, maple and thyme roasted root veg and red wine gravy for main, all to be dusted off with the White Chocolate Snowball.

If three-courses are a tad too much, there is a line-up of three mouthwatering mains to choose from on our Christmas specials menu. Introducing The Notorious P.I.B Burger (yes, that is a Pigs in Blankets burger), featuring a double pork patty, streaky bacon, sage & onion mayo, and cranberry sauced, served with fries and a mouthwatering truffle gravy dip. Or, choose between the Confit Duck with “Bauble” & Squeak served with crispy duck fat fried potatoes, or Festive Fillet of Salmon with Beetroot & Feta Risotto. For a decadent end, round off the evening with the Black Cherry & Dark Chocolate Eton Mess.

The most Christmassiest Christmas at Bill’s doesn’t stop with the food, the cocktails on the menu are also serving Christmas realness, with a selection of three carefully curated cocktails… Introducing the Candy Cane Crush (from £8.95) with Absolut Vanilia Vodka and mint & grenadine syrup, pink milk topped with cream & a sprinkling of glitter. Also on the drinks menu this Christmas, is the Apple N Spice (from £8.50) with Jameson Whiskey, mixed with mulled spices, cloudy apple & Sicilian lemon juice, and the Cherry Berry Bramble (from 8.50) with Plymouth Gin, cherry syrup, cranberry juice, lemon & blackberry shaken over ice, both available with non-alcoholic alternatives.

Christmas is all about gathering loved ones together and having a good time, and Bill’s hasn’t forgotten about all the pawsome pals who also deserve a festive fuss! The Bill’s dog treats menu has had a spruce up from Santa Paws, and now includes two festive dog treats from Denzel’s to ensure no four-legged friend is missing out on the festivities. Both Denzel’s Christmas Lunch Bites, and Denzel’s Pigs In Blankets are available until December 31st.

To round off the festivities, Bill’s are inviting all guests* dining during the festive period, to be in with a chance of winning a £2,000 holiday voucher. To enter, guests must play the Bill’s Christmas Game via the website or through QR code in restaurant, and those scoring over 2,500 points will be automatically entered into the running. There can only be one winner of this prize, however just by playing, guests will receive a buy one, get one free voucher, to be redeemed from 2nd January until the 12th February 2024.
