Bébé Bob, the Soho restaurant known for playfully disrupting the luxury food scene, is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its spirited cocktail collaboration with the legendary Mr Lyan (aka Ryan Chetiyawardana) with a special bar takeover event on Thursday 25th September.
For one night only, guests can enjoy a bespoke cocktail menu bringing together three iconic Mr Lyan classics alongside the reimagined Bébé Bob specials. Each original serves as inspiration for a modern Bébé Bob counterpart, resulting in a playful head-to-head between past and present, all available for £10 per cocktail for one night only.
The celebratory menu includes Mr Lyan’s iconic selection such as the Bloodshot Boulevardier (Super Lyan), Rabbit Hole bourbon, Campari, vermouth, beef tea and mandarin spritz; The Honshu Highball (Mr Lyan Taste Trips, Japan), featuring Hibiki Harmony, seasonal fruits and Fino sherry and the Oyster Lunch (Dandelyan) with toasted flax Beefeater gin, oyster shell, blue raspberry paint and champagne. As well as Bébé Bob’s current specials including the Chicken Bone Negroni; gin, Campari, Amaro, wild strawberry vermouth and roasted chicken bone; Mirabelle Highball, an exciting new take on a whisky highball created with Jameson and the 100 Raspberries Royale, 42 Below vodka, Capreolus raspberry eau de vie, vanilla, cocoa butter, lemon cream paint, Moët and Chandon champagne.
To complete the evening, a vinyl DJ will take over Bébé Bob’s Red Room, setting the tone for a night of spirited celebration whilst Mr Lyan engages with guests throughout the evening.
From 26th September until the end of October, the Chicken Bone Negroni and Bloodshot Boulevardier will remain available as a limited-edition duo for £10 each, or together as a combo for £18.
