Acclaimed chef Richard Corrigan and his team at Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill have created a way to bring the indulgence of a Mayfair feast straight to your table with the Corrigan Christmas Hamper (£250 per hamper which serves two people).

Designed for effortless entertaining, it centres around a show-stopping Salt-Aged Beef Wellington with all the trimmings – truffle sauce; creamed spinach; glazed carrots; sprouts with chestnuts and bacon – plus Bentley’s signature Rooftop-Smoked Salmon with potato blinis and horseradish crème. Dessert is a classic Christmas Pudding made from a family recipe with brandy sauce, followed by Colston Bassett Stilton with quince jelly and crackers, and still-warm mince pies.

Each hamper includes Chef Corrigan’s recipes, cooking instructions, and wine-pairing suggestions, making it an effortless, restaurant-quality celebration at home. Please note, the hampers are available for collection only on 23 or 24 December directly from Bentley’s Oyster Bar & Grill.
