Alley Cats Pizza, part of Noble Restaurants Group, has partnered with last-mile delivery service Gophr.

Gophr will manage urgent stock, equipment and inter-site transfers across the New York-style pizzeria’s four London restaurants in Marylebone, Chelsea, Westbourne Grove and the recently opened Portobello Road site, allowing teams to respond to operational demands in real time.

The ability to transfer stock, equipment and supplies on demand will help reduce disruption, avoid delays and keep service running smoothly across the group, giving Alley Cats greater control over suppliers and costs as it continues with its expansion plans.

Gophr will also provide Alley Cats with access to a range of vehicles, from motorbikes for items like pizza boxes and cheese, to large vans for items like tables and chairs.

Eric Deluca, Operations Director at Alley Cats Pizza, said: “Being able to move stock or equipment quickly between restaurants has become essential to how we operate day to day as we continue to expand.

“The partnership gives us a way to react in the moment, take pressure off the teams and keep our service at the high standards that we have set ourselves when we launched in 2023.

Steven Allen, Senior Business Development Manager at Gophr, added: “Alley Cats needed a delivery partner that can respond to constant, unpredictable requests across multiple locations. One job might be a small ingredients run, the next a full equipment transfer, and both need to happen quickly and reliably.

“That’s where Gophr comes in, having a mix of vehicles giving a flexible solution to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality industry.
