CELNOR GROUP STRENGTHENS FOOTPRINT IN IRELAND WITH LATEST ACQUISITION

Celnor Group (Celnor), a leading UK investor in entrepreneur-led businesses in the Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance (TICC) sector, has expanded its presence in Ireland with the acquisition of Axis Environmental Services.

The acquisition bolsters Celnor’s growing footprint in Ireland, which includes existing Group companies Dynamic Safety Solutions and Seed Environmental.

Joining the Group’s Safety and Compliance Division, Axis Environmental is a specialist provider of environmental monitoring, testing and compliance services, supporting clients across sectors including infrastructure, utilities and industrial operations. From its base in Limerick, they deliver a broad range of services including environmental monitoring, stack emissions testing, air and noise assessments, water quality testing and compliance support, helping organisations meet regulatory requirements and manage environmental risk.

The addition of Axis Environmental enhances Celnor’s Safety and Compliance capabilities, complementing existing businesses across the UK and Ireland while broadening technical expertise in environmental assessment and monitoring. The acquisition also reinforces Celnor’s strategy of partnering with high-quality, specialist companies that play a critical role in maintaining safe, sustainable, and compliant working environments.
