Experts at latestbettingoffers.co.uk analysed the most and least commonly drawn numbers in Powerball to determine the luckiest and unluckiest numbers, as well as those that are most overdue.

Players will choose five white ball numbers from 1 to 69 and one red Powerball number from 1 to 26. Alternatively, players can use a Quick Pick option, where numbers are randomly generated for them. The other white ball numbers with few appearances include 26, which has been drawn 80 times, 49 with 81 appearances, and 46 with 82 appearances. For the red Powerball, 16 is the unluckiest number based on historical results, having been drawn only 40 times. It is followed by 17, which has appeared 43 times, while 7, 8, 15 and 22 have each been drawn fewer than 50 times.
