La Maritxu Relaunches Manchego Basque Cheesecake for National Day of Spain

To celebrate National Day of Spain on 12th October, London’s much-loved Basque cheesecake brand La Maritxu is bringing back its Manchego Basque Cheesecake, a savoury twist on its signature bake that has been awarded two stars at the Great Taste Awards.
Created in collaboration with renowned Spanish cheesemaker García Baquero, the limited-edition cheesecake brings together La Maritxu’s signature Basque style with the distinctive flavour of Manchego cheese. Expect a smooth, custardy centre and deeply caramelised top, balanced by a rich, savoury note throughout.
The Manchego Cheesecake will be available by the slice for £6.5, as a mini for £13, medium for £17, or as a whole cheesecake for £44 making it perfect for sharing or as an indulgent treat.
To truly celebrate National Day of Spain, La Maritxu will also be offering a limited selection of Manchego gift boxes to buy at each site. The boxes will feature a selection of Manchego treats, including Manchego cream cheese, a slice of Manchego cheese, and a medium Manchego Cheesecake.
The Manchego cheesecake and gift boxes will be available across La Maritxu’s locations in Connaught Village, Greenwich, Kingly Court and Coal Drops Yard for a limited time whilst stocks last.
