BARRATT REDROW LAUNCHES NEW APARTMENTS AT FLAGSHIP COLINDALE GARDENS DEVELOPMENT
Barratt Redrow is continuing the transformation of Colindale, one of North London’s largest regeneration projects, with the launch of the Gardenia Collection at Colindale Gardens.
The Gardenia Collection comprises a selection of 168 private one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. Rising to 12 storeys, the new block sits in an established part of the development, overlooking a landscaped garden square which forms the final piece of the green trail running up the middle of the development.
The homes at The Gardenia Collection will be among the closest to Colindale Underground Station, providing its residents with convenient access to the Northern Line with services reaching King’s Cross St Pancras in around 22 minutes.
Residents at The Gardenia Collection will benefit from a range of amenities designed to support convenient and comfortable living, including a fully equipped gym, sauna and steam room. A 24-hour concierge service with secure parcel storage will also be available, providing added convenience for residents.
Selected apartments will also benefit from allocated parking, while all homes will have access to outdoor space and views towards Wembley on the upper floor.
Yolanda Jacob-Foster, Director of Sales and Marketing for Barratt London, comments:
“As one of the later blocks to launch at Colindale Gardens, The Gardenia Collection will not only offer residents the opportunity to move into an established development with a strong existing community but will also provide the benefit of living in an excellent location within the development. The collection is positioned closest to Colindale Station and features private landscaped gardens as well as views towards Wembley on upper floors.
“At Colindale Gardens, we have continued to receive a high level of interest from a range of buyers including first-time buyers, second-time buyers and working professionals. This doesn’t come as a surprise given the development’s proximity to excellent education and connections into central London.”
Colindale Gardens forms part of the wider regeneration of Colindale, which will see new homes delivered alongside improved public transport, open space and community facilities.
Yolanda Jacob-Foster continues: “Colindale Gardens has always been about creating more than just new homes. Through the delivery of extensive green space, community facilities and convenient amenities, we are creating a place where residents can enjoy a balanced way of life.”
Residents at the wider development have access to nine acres of green space, including an orchard garden and a large park featuring a woodland adventure gym, and shops, cafes and restaurants are located close by.
The development will also benefit from a new on-site primary school as well as the nearby Middlesex University, one of the top-ranked universities in the Times Higher Education Young University Rankings in 2025.
Homes at the Gardenia Collection at Colindale Gardens are now available, with prices for a one-bedroom home starting from £355,000.
