The influencer, Wanessa Moura, became known for her resemblance to the Spanish Actriz Penelope Cruz. Up today, she spent about $18,000 on plastic surgery and cosmetic procedures to look more like the actress. However, she claims to have regretted such procedures. “I didn’t recognize myself in the mirror, I looked older.” Wanessa says that she noticed the mains changes in the cheekbones and over time was also dissatisfied with her mouth. For this reason, she decided to remove the procedures and leave the voluminous lips aside. Now, her intention is to keep herself more and more natural.

The decision earned praise and criticism on the social media channels of the model, who has more than 500,000 followers on Instagram. “People compared me to Penelope before the procedures. I wanted to improve a little, but today I see that it doesn’t suit me anymore”, she declares. Wanessa did the withdrawal procedure miles away from her country, Brazil, she chose Indian professionals for the process. “I performed the procedures in Mumbai [India]. I’m very happy with the result and with my self-esteem is back up there!”, says the model, who also chose to take a break from facial procedures with hyaluronic acid.

According to her, she still prefers the image she has today compared to the one she had 10 years ago, but her intention is to feel light and fulfilled. “It’s correct to tell the truth about your beauty than to sell lies.
