Amnesty Media Awards 2025 opens for entries
Entries will celebrate excellence in human rights journalism across 2024
Closing date for entries is Friday 31 January 2025 and the awards ceremony will take place in Spring
Entries are now open for Amnesty International UK’s annual Media Awards.
The prestigious set of awards recognise the vital role journalists play and the serious risks they face in highlighting human rights abuses around the world and holding power to account.

The closing date for entries is Friday 31 January 2025 and the award ceremony will take place in Spring 2025.
Entries must be from a media outlet based in the UK and published or broadcast for the first time in the UK between 1 January and 31 December 2024.
Last year’s awards were hosted by the comedian and political commentator Nish Kumar, with guests including journalist and activist Ahmed Alnaouq as well as Amnesty ambassador Vick Hope
