Anti-bac, reusable face covering with wrist fastening

In the “new normal” world that we now find ourselves in, face coverings are compulsory in everyday settings and that isn’t going away. The facelet is a unique, reusable, washable face covering that can be worn on the face or on the wrist. It is designed to be worn comfortably on the wrist & be available to use when it’s needed.

Design
Unique in its design, the facelet is a reusable face covering that can easily and comfortably be worn around the wrist when not in use thanks to a unique button fastening design (patent-pending). The covering is secured by a button to keep it safely in place, ideal for those on the go.

the facelet’s face covering consists of three layers. An anti-bacterial fabric filter sewn in. The filter is a non-woven polypropylene fabric that is commonly used in a wide variety of applications due to being lightweight having excellent breathability and barrier filtration capacity which helps to block bacteria from entering or exiting the mouth.

Micro-active woven outer-layer is water & dirt resistant protecting you from coughs, sneezes & the elements.
Spunbond meltblown mid-layer filter is breathable yet offers a high efficiency anti-bacterial barrier.
Single jersey knit inner-layer is soft, comfortable & breathable.

Climate friendly
But, it’s not all about looking stylish, you can do some good for the environment whilst you’re at it – the facelet’s reusable nature means that you can wash and reuse your covering up to 30 times, making them a great alternative to single use face masks.

Founders of the facelet Steve and Jolene Pole, husband and wife explain;

“We have been saddened during the start of lockdown by the sheer number of discarded disposable masks & gloves found in our local environment.

But it’s more than that. Face coverings will not be going away and we need to consider the impact it has long term. Yes, disposable masks might be convenient to ‘grab and go’ but that’s probably the only benefit. The bottom line is, they can only be used once and they get chucked. We won’t be alone in saying there’s been masks left on the floor in many public places.

Having a face covering is about protecting ourselves, others and the environment.”
