Berry Bros. & Rudd Spirits Shop to host Mike Tindall’s Black Eye Gin
On Monday 24th June, Berry Bros. & Rudd Spirits Shop will host an intimate ticketed reception with Blackeye Gin and rugby legends.
Founded by James Haskell, Mike Tindall and Alex Payne – the team behind The Good, The Bad, and The Rugby podcast – Blackeye Gin is “the unofficial spirit of rugby”. Blackeye Gin is a delicious blend of fresh citrus-forward flavours, and unique combination of botanicals harking from each of the rugby nations. Named in homage to the physical nature of the sport, Blackeye, also captures all those who ride the storms and celebrate the sunshine.
Mike Tindall and Alex Payne will be in the Spirits Shop for the evening with fellow rugby greats, Michael Lynagh and Sean Fitzpatrick to discuss their lives on the rugby pitch, before introducing guests to Blackeye Gin and charitable foundation, The Blackeye Rugby Fund.
Blackeye Gin and tonic will be served with delicious canapés throughout the evening.
Berry Bros. & Rudd, the UK’s oldest fine wine and spirits merchant, opened its first-ever dedicated Spirits Shop in April, at No. 1 St James’, selling a range of the world’s finest and rarest spirits, in an ambitious expansion of the existing Wine Shop.
The event will take place from 6:30pm and tickets are £65 (price includes a bottle of Blackeye Gin to take away). Tickets are available to purchase on bbr.com.
