VU from The Tower, a brand-new dining and drinks destination proudly sitting on the upper foyer level of The Tower Hotel. Launching on 1st August, the new Bar & Kitchen pairs unmatched dining and cocktails with a truly panoramic experience of London’s iconic
skyline and waterways.
Golden Happy Hour & £18.94 Bottomless Brunch:
In celebration of VU from The Tower’s launch, throughout the full month of August, every evening when the sun drops over the River Thames, there will be an instant ‘Golden Happy Hour’ where drinks are 2 for 1 for the full following hour. From 6PM-7PM, guests
can sip on a Signature Cocktail such as Bourbon VU or Gold Rush at 2 for 1, whilst taking in the stunning sunset over the River Thames. Bottomless brunchers are also in for a treat as 50 people will win bottomless brunch for just £18.94 per head – an ode to
the year Tower Bridge first opened and paying homage to VU from The Tower’s iconic views, through entering the giveaway on
Instagram.

Bottomless brunch favourites will include smoked salmon with scrambled eggs, eggs Benedict and a savoury waffle stack with crispy streaky bacon, whilst Afternoon Tea features a delightful assortment of Battenberg cake, lemon meringue pie, pistachio bombe and
macarons.
