Brand new winter food and drink menu launches at Circe’s Rooftop London
Circe’s Rooftop Bar will transform its terrace into an Aurora-themed wonderland this winter. It will also offer brand new food and cocktail menus, including an exclusive winter partnership with Hotel Chocolat, serving up a delicious chocolate cocktail menu.
The rooftop based high in the clouds above the bustling streets of Waterloo has fast become a viral sensation this summer. Who can forget those delicious frozen cocktails? As we head into colder months, Circe’s will install side panelling and turn up the heat to convert the Mediterranean summer oasis into the perfect cosy winter wonderland. The Cloud 9 rooftop’s Ibiza-style day beds will be hibernating during the winter season and replaced with eight Igloo pods available for private hire from October to January, perfect for sipping and dining under the stars.
The rooftops’ brand new winter food and drink menus will launch on 30th September. The cocktail menu will be serving delicious chocolate cocktails in partnership with Hotel Chocolat. Guests can sip the Hotel Salted Caramel Dream, an infusion of Amaretto and Hotel Chocolat’s Salted Caramel liquor, and the Hotel Oatspresso, a delicious chocolatey take on the traditional espresso martini made with Hotel Chocolat chocolate espresso liquor. Adding an extra dash of sparkle and shimmer, Circe’s have created the Apollo, a spiced rum with cinnamon, apple puree and pineapple, not forgetting the Nyx’s Elixir, a bramble gin with sweet vermouth, whisky, and winter spices. The food menu will feature warming dishes such as Charred Hispi Cabbage with Miso, Lemongrass, and galangal glaze, Ras El Hanout Roasted Carrots topped with toasted hazelnuts, feta cheese, and orange dressing, Mozzarella and Truffle Arancini made with white and portobello mushrooms, Sage and onion-crusted succulent chicken strips served with gravy mayo, and the staple of every Christmas feast: Pigs in Blakets with a honey mustard dressing.
