Brit law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP to raise money for children’s charity
15 enthusiastic runners from international law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges (London) LLP will be lacing up their trainers on Sunday 8 October to raise money for The Sick Children’s Trust.
The team of runners will be racing in London’s Royal Parks Half Marathon in a bid to raise funds for the charity which provides free ‘Home from Home accommodation to families with seriously ill children in hospital.
The Sick Children’s Trust, which was selected as Weil’s 2015-17 charity partnership, runs ten ‘Homes from Home’ across the UK. Three of its houses are in London and support families with seriously ill children at Great Ormond Street Hospital and The Royal London Children’s Hospital.
Weil has already raised over £100,000 and will continue to fundraise to help The Sick Children’s Trust support families with seriously ill children being treated at hospitals across the UK
