BURGER & LOBSTER FOUNDER TO OPEN MULTI-CUISINE KITCHEN & GROCER WITH CELEBRITY CHEFS

BURGER & LOBSTER Founder, Misha Zelman, has today announced the launch of Neyba, his new revolutionary, multi-cuisine kitchen and fast grocery concept, opening in London at the beginning of February.

Launching at the beginning of February, Neyba will bring together celebrity and Michelin starred chefs to create a collaborative menu under one roof, which will be unlike anything seen before in the capital.

Chefs creating dine-in and takeaway dishes for Neyba include the likes of Tony Singh MBE (south and north Indian curry’s), Miguel Barclay (Miguel’s Pizza), Yoko Nakada (Makes Miso Hungry) and world-renowned sushi master Endo Kazotushi (Japanese), who has created a dish available for takeaway and delivery only.

As well as minimising food wastage, the neighbourhood friendly concept store has been deliberately designed to save people time, allowing customers leading busy lifestyles to dine in on-the-go, but equally allow them to order a takeaway and at the same time pick up an everyday staple like a loaf of bread or a bottle of milk. Consumers can also purchase any item or product directly from the comfort of their home, exclusively on Deliveroo.

The dining in experience is a departure from Zelman and Hedley’s previous experience of full service and Michelin stared restaurants with a relaxed feel, eating out of disposable, compostable containers to give the absolute finest quality food and ingredients on the go.

The bespoke grocery offering will provide customers with some of the highest quality store-cupboard, fridge, butchery, and seafood products, sourced locally and at an affordable price. The products on offer are typically seen in Michelin starred chefs’ kitchen cupboards and now being made available for any budding cook to get their hands on.

The brand-new culinary concept is the brainchild of renowned food entrepreneur and founder of ‘Burger & Lobster’, Misha Zelman and ex Harrods and Heston Blumenthal, Ben Hedley, who will be opening the first site on Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill.

Partnering exclusively with Deliveroo, a wide variety of cuisines and grocery options including a weekly essentials box will be available to order straight to your front door.

Misha Zelman said: “We’re excited about the launch of Neyba bringing not only fully prepared meals that are focused on delivery and eating on the go, but to bring individual grocery elements to our neighbours’ homes. Our goal is to stop unnecessary food wastage from the weekly shop. Ordering food for that night and adding some grocery essentials from us will save our neighbours time, money and bring great ingredients and flavours into their homes.”

Ben Hedley continued: “This is a fantastic opportunity to bring all these incredible chefs together to offer authentic ingredients and cuisines under one roof. Having one venue where we can go to sample what celebrity and Michelin star chefs eat at home, at affordable prices, we think is a game-changer.”

Customers will be able to visit the neighbourhood multi-cuisine kitchen and grocer in early February 2022, with delicious fully prepared meals available to buy (that are focused on delivery and eating on the go), as well as individual grocery items for purchase, allowing people with any level of cooking experience to impress their friends and family with an array of culinary delights. The offer is complimented by products from the likes of MOTH, Kiss The Hippo, ‘THIS ISN’T’, Granny Gothards, Big Smoke and My Cookie Dough.

Opening SOON, Neyba will be open for lunch, dinner and drinks (11.30 am -11 pm), seven days a week.
