Barratt and David Wilson Homes Cambridgeshire also hosted a competition to see which staff member had the cutest pet, with the winning pet being made into a canvas. The winner was Dave the pug, and the hand painting hangs in the large study of the show home.

The Ellerton is a three bedroom home which features a dual aspect lounge as well as an open plan kitchen and dining area, with French doors leading out into a spacious garden.
