CAMBRIDGESHIRE SITE MANAGER GETS SEAL OF APPROVAL FOR CONSTRUCTION QUALITY

A David Wilson Homes Site Manager in Cambridgeshire has won a top national award for the quality of homes being built at the Northstowe development.

The National House Building Council (NHBC) has recognised Michele Raucci (27) for his site management capabilities with a Seal of Excellence Award, marking him as among the best in the UK.

Michele, who is now a Project Manager, said: “I am delighted to have a won a Seal of Excellence award. It was great to find out, especially because of some of the challenges we have faced this year.

“One of my favourite parts of the job is seeing the team around me develop. This award wouldn’t have been possible without them, and I would like to say a huge thank you to my team including Ashley, Chrissie, John, David, and Harry.”

These accolades rate Site Managers against key criteria such as technical expertise, health and safety, consistency, leadership and attention to detail. The awards celebrate the vital role Site Managers play in ensuring new homes are delivered on-time, on safe sites and to the highest quality standards.

Having won a Pride in the Job Quality Award earlier in the year, the Seal of Excellence achievement marks an excellent year of achievements for Michele.
