Cazcabel Tequila supports one hundred UK bars to create stunning Dia de los Muertos altars
Cazcabel Tequila, the additive-free, award-winning tequila brand is inviting people across the UK to embrace Mexico’s unique tradition, Día de los Muertos (Day of the Dead).
Día de los Muertos is a traditional Mexican holiday, celebrated on November 1st and 2nd, where deceased loved ones – humans or animals – are honoured on altars that are adorned with photos, flowers and food.
From the 25th October – 8th November, bars across the UK including London, Birmingham, Newcastle and Brighton will partner with Cazcabel to create their own Día de los Muertos altars, where guests are invited to visit and raise a glass in memory of a loved one who has passed away.
Nate Sorby, Global Brand Ambassador at Cazcabel Tequila commented on the nationwide activation, “Día de los Muertos is such a special celebration of life (and after life) and we wanted to bring this special tradition to the UK to give everyone the opportunity to celebrate loved ones and toast a delicious Cazcabel cocktail in their honour. ”
Cazcabel is giving one lucky winner the opportunity to experience Mexican culture first hand with a competition to win a trip to Mexico worth £4,000. To be in to win, customers need to visit a participating venue – see the full list of venues at https://cazcabel.ubpages.com/diademuertos/
