Connaught Village invites Londoners to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season
On Thursday 17 November, Connaught Village invites Londoners to celebrate the beginning of the Christmas season with an afternoon of complimentary sustainable craft workshops, live music performances, in-store promotions and a chance to meet and pose for a photo with husky dogs, aptly named Santa Paws.

The Tree of Love, Joy and Hope will have a new yuletide makeover with a well known message ‘All I want for Christmas is…’, which will illuminate the streets and become the ideal Insta moment for the family Christmas card.
Pupils from Connaught House School Choir will perform an open-air performance of classic Christmas carols mixed with a few modern hits to get everyone into the festive spirit. Live musical performances will continue into the evening.
Throughout the afternoon and into the early evening, a series of complimentary sustainable Christmas workshops including snow globe making and pine cone decorating. On Kendal Street, visitors are invited to meet and pose for a photo with Santa Paws, London’s very own husky claus. A Pawtrait illustrator will be drawing Pawtraits – a chance for visitors to have an illustration drawn of them with their dog.
The independent boutiques, art galleries and eateries of Connaught Village will all be pitching in with their own festive treats too, with more details to be announced shortly. Expect discounts, in-store activations, free food and drink, and plenty more.
