Dacke Industri to acquire Tecair B.V.
Dacke Industri is expanding internationally, through a new acquisition in the Netherlands, Tecair B.V. They design, manufacture, and supply pneumatic systems and components to customers in various industry sectors internationally. This acquisition aligns with our ambition to grow and develop with companies focusing on their own products and customized components and systems. With Tecair B.V., we strengthen the Air Technology and Electromechanics division with attractive technology areas where we can continue to expand our markets. Dacke Industri has the 8th of December, completed the acquisition of 70 % of the shares in Tecair B.V. The current owner will remain with 30% of the shares.
Tecair has over 25 years of specialism in designing, producing, and delivering pneumatic components and systems worldwide. As all design and manufacturing are done in-house, Tecair can fully meet the requirements of its customers in terms of quality, price, delivery time, and materials. They provide solutions for various types of industries, such as railways and transport, the food industry, the chemical industry, and more.
Tecair is headquartered in Drachten, the Netherlands, with 15 employees and has an annual turnover of about EUR 4 million.
“Running the Tecair business successfully over the last 25 years and reaching the age of 60 made me think about the future of myself and the company. I am very pleased that Tecair BV found a new owner in Dacke Industri. Their approach and way of looking at the business will bring continuity and a prosperous future. This deal will give customers, suppliers, and employees a good and interesting future. I’m excited to continue and grow the Tecair business with Dacke Industri in the upcoming years. Special thanks to Lars Fredin, Mika Virtanen, and Lowe Fällmar for your confidence and René Gerdes of Orgon BV, Emmen (Netherlands) for your help and support in this process.” Says Marco Markus, CEO of Tecair B.V.
