The Edinburgh Festival Fringe Just Got More Affordable

Expedia UK have launched their FestivalFindr tool (http://www.expedia.co.uk/vc/c/edinburgh-festivals/) to coincide with Edinburgh’s Festival Fringe, which starts today, 4th August.

Expedia’s FestivalFindr tool aims to locate affordable accommodation in Edinburgh during the notoriously expensive and busy Edinburgh festival period in August.

Using their unique API, the tool discovers affordable places to stay in Edinburgh city centre close to each of the August festival hubs. Creative accommodation options such as student halls and hidden bed & breakfast hotels are shown alongside boutique hotels.

A spokesperson from Expedia added: “Edinburgh is one of the the leading festival cities in the world, and the last thing we want is anyone to be ‘priced out’ of the festival fun.
