This follows research revealing the nation’s love of sweepstakes, with 25 million Brits having taken part in one before and the average entrant winning at least one in the past.

Around half of people (49%) say they take part in sweepstakes to avoid missing out on the excitement, with in ten Brits (30%) saying they would like the opportunity to take part in one this summer.

France (12%), Germany (10%), and Spain (10%) voted as the top three teams outside Britain that fans would like to draw, according to the research.
