Just a week after being named the UK’s fastest growing estate agency brands, eXp UK, the network of personal estate agents, has announced that they will once again be hitting the road with the launch of their ‘Growing into the Future’ UK tour; releasing the dates of this year’s hotly anticipated events, as well as revealing the first of a number of must see guest speakers.

Building on the huge success of last year’s events, eXp UK has announced this year’s schedule of events running throughout June, with a focus on the opportunities currently on offer in the UK market at present and how to build a successful estate agency business through learning and collaboration.

The tour kicks off on Tuesday 13th June in Edinburgh before visiting York (14th June), Manchester (15th June), Bristol (20th June), Birmingham (21st June) and finishing up in London (22nd June).

The events are free, and will be for existing agents at eXp, as well as those who strive to have their own estate agency business with their own name above the door, or even for estate agency business owners who are looking for free tips and hints.

eXp UK have organised an exciting list of guest speakers to join them for all six dates, including a former footballing superstar, who is yet to be announced, as well as a raft of other speakers, all of which will be helping attendees to transform how they approach business, while empowering them with the mindset to overcome any fears or hurdles they may have around going it alone in the world of estate agency, along with the confidence to charge what they’re worth in commission

eXp UK are delighted to announce that the first of these speakers is Richard Rawlings – the foremost estate agency trainer in the UK, who will be helping agents with strategies to increase their fees.

Richard Rawlings commented:

“”Raising Fees Instantly” is my most popular estate agency training topic and I’m very excited to be sharing the latest fee-raising material during the eXp roadshow.

It’s generous of eXp to be hosting this event – even for non-eXp agents – for the greater good of the industry. So, whether or not you’re an eXp agent, do come along it’s free of charge and I promise you’ll walk away charging higher fees than when you walked in. Definitely not to be missed!”

Head of eXp UK, Adam Day, commented:

“This year’s roadshow promises to go above and beyond the success of 2022’s event and we’re excited to be visiting a number of new cities to demonstrate the strength and results of the eXp UK proposition.

What’s more, we’ve compiled a line up of outstanding guest speakers, all of whom promise to deliver real insight and value when it comes to what’s required to build your own brand in any business environment.

The first of those is Richard Rawlings and I’m delighted that he has committed to joining us again this year. We’re guilty in the UK of undervaluing what we do and charging low fees because of it.

Since bringing eXp to the UK, it’s become clear that consumers don’t want cheap when it comes to selling their home, they want agents to deliver a service to an exacting standard, and they are happy to pay for it.

It’s why I’m passionate about fee levels and I truly believe that agents in the UK should be, and can justify, charging in excess of 2% commission levels. Richard will be helping anyone that attends, to achieve this.

So if you’re considering whether or not you have what it takes to carve your own way in the world of estate agency, what’s to lose? Come and visit us at one of our roadshows and find out the answer.”
