Expert Psychologist shares insights on the Royal Family’s Body Language and Behaviour during the Coronation
All eyes were on the Royal family at the King’s coronation yesterday, after months of family tension within the royal household. Whilst the royal family (as always) were all smiles on the outside, our expert has analysed their body language to understand what unspoken feelings were going on behind the scenes.
Kath Temple, an international happiness psychologist from Goldster, has exclusively shared her observations on the Royal from watching yesterday’s ceremony. With over 20 years of experience Kath Temple has been able to analyse the unspoken feelings that were on show subliminally beneath the surface.
Kath Temple, an international happiness psychologist from Goldster has identified the following after watching the coronation and analysing each individuals behaviour and body language:
• Harry has lost much of his old presence and charisma and looked rather lost, alone, embarrassed and uncertain in his non-verbal communication as he walked into Westminster Abbey alone, with his cousin Eugenia and her husband in front of him, and Beatrice and her husband behind him. The cameras mostly kept off him as he sat in the third row and looked around to see if someone returned his smile. He looked particularly unsure of himself. He was there to do the minimum of duty as a son and Prince and was back on the plane to his wife and children as soon as he could be. There wasn’t much option to do otherwise.
• William and Kate looked so tall, elegant, striking – such a handsome couple. They oozed confidence, comfort, and ease, certain and sure of themselves. They knew that one day this day will be theirs, and they will be crowned our King and Queen, and at a much younger age than Charles and Camilla.
• Charlotte looked beautiful, confident and grown up. Louis so handsome and adorable.
• The shamed Prince Andrew showed no shame whatsoever, despite the booing from the crowds. How arrogance always on show, he is perhaps the most unpleasant, unpopular Prince in history.
• Camilla looked nervous on her walk down the aisle to her Coronation as Queen Camilla. She also looked beautiful, and elegant. Her and Charles so comfortable with each other that they exchanged barely a glance during the ceremony as far as I could see. Camilla smiling, Charles more sombre throughout, with a slight show of emotion from him only when William swore allegiance and kissed him. This was the day this 75-year-old man had waited for his whole life, but almost all emotion dampened down, as if it would be a bad show to show emotion. That is his conditioning. He showed his temper however on the first signature he did, not happy with the pen again, but happier with his second signature.
• It was quite a moment when we saw the King emerge from the screens in a humble short and trousers, his finery removed. Just a man, in front of God and his people, receiving the blessings and the weight of state.
• The shows of happiness from Charles came with the hearty salute and shout from his troops in the gardens of Buckingham Palace. His face showed the emotion we’d all been longing to see. And again, on the balcony appearances at the front of the Palace with his beloved Twin Flame Queen Camilla beside him, along with his family (but no Harry who had long gone). On the balcony we again saw the show of gratitude and joy, and possibly even relief, that the supportive crowds were out in abundance cheering their joy and love.
• Charles and Camilla have had an epic twin-flame love story across many decades, culminating in the crowning of the woman who was always destined to be his Queen.
