HARRODS BACCARAT BAR X GLENFIDDICH TOKYO AFTER DARK

Throughout Glenfiddich’s Tokyo After Dark installation in June, Baccarat Bar will be serving up Glenfiddich 29 Year Old Grand Yozakura, a perfect way to continue your Glenfiddich journey after visiting the popup. Five exquisite Glenfiddich cocktails will also be available, including; Barley Cider with Glenfiddich Orchard Experiment, oxidated plum cordial and clarified apple juice, nutmeg and cardamom (£20). Schleger Effect with Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera Vat, Palo Cortado sherry, fermented honey, vanilla and mandarin (£25). Copper Haze with Glenfiddich 21 Year Old Gran Reserva, mango, sudachi, brown sugar and wood smoke (£35).

Additionally, Baccarat will be giving guests an opportunity to further indulge with a Glenfiddich Grand Series flight with a selection of paired sweet and savoury treats including; Gran Reserva: Passionfruit and coconut bon bon, Grand Cru: Champagne caramel sorbet, Grand Couronne: iberico ham with grape-miso caramel and Grand Yozakura: Sour ice cream, caviar, sudachi dressing.

MONKEY SHOULDER X 20FT FRIED CHICKEN AT MARKET HALLS OXFORD STREET

Monkey Shoulder, the 100% malt whisky that’s made for mixing, is excited to announce its partnership with 20ft Fried Chicken, a new fried chicken concept from burger aficionados Black Bear Burger. Together, they will introduce the limited-edition Monkey Wings and accompanying cocktail at Market Halls Oxford Street, created using Smokey Monkey, the sweet smokey variant from Monkey Shoulder.

Known for their exceptional British produce and quality ingredients, 20ft Fried Chicken has concocted the mouthwatering sticky Monkey Wings, Buttermilk fried chicken wings coated in a Smokey Monkey whisky-infused barbeque sauce, topped with candied red peppers and a smoked bacon crumb.

To go alongside these, the Berry Boulevard – created exclusively for Market Halls Oxford Street bar – takes the sophisticated and classic Boulevardier and gives it a sweet and smokey punch. A negroni with attitude, the Berry Boulevard combines Smokey Monkey, Sweet vermouth, Campari and Chamboard to create a deep and complex flavour profile, the perfect Monkey Wings aperitif.In addition, the bar will also feature a cocktail created using Monkey Shoulder’s Original, providing an alternative option for whisky enthusiasts: Sicilian Spritz; Monkey Shoulder, Sweet Vermouth, Disaronno & Fever Tree Blood Orange Soda.

The limited-edition Monkey Wings and cocktail selection will be available to order from 8th June at 20ft Fried Chicken and Market Halls Oxford Street bar, available for one month. And the Monkey Wings which will be available on the Black Bear Burger menu across all three sites, available through to July.
