Fernham Homes ‘Green Up’ Village Play Area
Boughton Monchelsea Parish Council’s play area has been ‘greened up’, thanks to Fernham Homes, the housebuilder responsible for the Boughton Park development on Heath Road in the village. Fernham planted a new hedgerow around the play area and repainted the railings.
The pandemic has affected most aspects of life over the last year, and children’s lives have been hit hard in these months of lockdowns and social distancing, so Fernham hope these improvements will brighten up the community around its Boughton Park development.
Steve Munford, Chairman of Boughton Monchelsea Parish Council comments: “We are excited for our local families to be able to fully enjoy the play area again now that lockdown restrictions are easing. We would like to thank Fernham Homes for their contribution to our play facilities in Boughton Monchelsea.”
Chris Loughead, Development Director at Fernham Homes, said: “We are delighted to have been able to help refresh the children’s play area. We know what a tough year it has been for everyone and it’s nice to know that families have the play area to take their children to.”
Fernham Homes recently launched the second phase of its popular Boughton Park development, which is just a two-minute walk away from the play area, so perfect for growing families. The development includes a wide range of family homes, from three-bedroom semi-detached homes, to four-bedroom detached homes. All come with allocated parking, some with a car port, plus landscaped front gardens and french doors opening on to a patio and a turfed rear garden.
Prices start from just £395,000, with Help to Buy available.
