FERNHAM HOMES SITE MANAGER RECOGNISED BY NHBC FOR THIRD TIME THIS YEAR

A Fernham Homes site manager has once again been recognised for his work at local new homes’ development, Boughton Park. Site manager Martin Barth from East Peckham was presented with a Regional (South East) Pride in the Job Award in the Medium Sized Housebuilder category by the National House Building Council (NHBC). The award was presented to Martin who works for AB Canham and his team in recognition of the outstanding workmanship at the Boughton Park development, in Boughton Monchelsea.

As well as the Regional Award, Martin was presented with a Seal of Excellence Award by the NHBC, having won a further Quality Award earlier this year, and numerous other awards since he began work on Boughton Park in 2019. Individuals are only chosen when their site is run to the highest standards, and consistently produces new homes of outstanding quality.

Martin comments: “I am overwhelmed that our hard work at Boughton Park has been recognised again – what a fantastic way to mark the end of the build. I started as a Groundworker for AB Canham over 25 years ago, so it means a lot to have been acknowledged on so many occasions by the NHBC.

Martin continues: “The whole team at Boughton Park has worked tirelessly to ensure that the new homes we have built in Boughton Monchelsea are of the very highest standard, and I’m looking forward to maintaining this same standard on our next project, Rosewood Place in Matfield.”

Paul Rosbrook, Operations Director for Fernham Homes, added: “We’re all so proud of the impeccable work Martin and his team have carried out over the last few years at Boughton Park. Being recognised five times by the NHBC for the same site is an incredible achievement, and we are excited to see what he will go on to accomplish with future builds.”

All homes at Boughton Park have now been sold, but three, four and five-bedroom homes are available at Fernham Homes’ Rosewood Place, Matfield, where Martin is also the site manager. This collection of homes is available to reserve off plan with show home coming soon.
