Braeburn Estates, the joint venture developer partnership between Qatari Diar and Canary Wharf Group, behind Southbank Place, has revealed the first look at SEVEN, the impressive final address and last chance to buy at this iconic central London riverside development.

Comprising a collection of 92 lateral apartments and penthouses, each one is oriented towards the River Thames, with large balconies and vast full height windows that frame panoramic protected vistas across London’s incredible skyline; featuring some of the finest views of the City: the London Eye, River Thames, Houses of Parliament and Big Ben.

Set to complete and launch in Q3 2025, SEVEN presents the final opportunity to live in one of London’s most desirable locations. A selection of residences priced from £3.85m remain available ahead of completion. All apartments across wider Southbank Place are also now sold.

The base-build of the new address has been designed by award-winning London-based interiors studio Albion Nord, famed for their commitment to craftsmanship and delivering timeless projects with an inherent sense of place.

The SEVEN residences benefit from wide open-plan interiors, with the interiors shaped to create a private sanctuary, perfectly aligning the world outside and the space within. The refined elegant decor, furnishings and appliances all work to create a sense of harmony and calm through neutral palettes, state-of-the-art technology and fine textural details.

Ben Johnson, Director at Albion Nord, commented: “Inside we wanted to create strong expressive material forms where you read it as one object or volume. The detailing is refined – the exquisite materials do the talking.”

Instantly recognisable, SEVEN’s façade has been designed by architects Stanton Williams to be deeply sculptural in its design. The building is dramatic in its contrast between soft stone hues and strong masculine lines that result in a careful manipulation of sunlight to animate the facade from sunrise to sunset – with direct uninterrupted historical and protected views across Jubilee Gardens and the River Thames.

Paul Williams, Principal Director of Stanton Williams, said: “We’ve always been passionate about the quality of the spaces we inhabit – how important the details and materials are for our wellbeing and quality of life. Our aim is always to focus on those qualities of space, movement through space, how buildings unfold, how natural daylight enters, engages and transforms a building. These are the fundamental elements of architecture and that is the main aim of the design for SEVEN.”

Purchasers at SEVEN will benefit from direct access to a luxurious 17,000 sq. ft. private health club, which is located in the basement of the development. Designed by Goddard Littlefair and operated by specialists Educated Body, the amenities space rivals the most exclusive dedicated spa centres and includes a 25-metre swimming pool, his and hers steam and sauna rooms, expansive gymnasium with specialist workout rooms, relaxation pods, treatment rooms and a hair and beauty studio.

Surrounding the iconic Shell Tower and set on a prominent 5.25-acre site, Southbank Place is amidst some of London’s most treasured institutions and attractions. Along the popular riverside promenade is the Royal Festival Hall and the Southbank Centre, whilst the National Theatre and The Old Vic are a short walk away.

Richard Oakes, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer at Qatari Diar, said: “SEVEN provides the final opportunity to own a piece of London’s iconic skyline at Southbank Place. It not only presents the final chance to live here, but also provides some of the finest apartments available at this landmark development. There has been a fantastic response from the market during the initial off-plan sales period, with a number of sales and reservations, which we believe will only gain further momentum as we near completion.”
