Hospitality company seeks people with an appetite for success with launch of apprenticeship scheme

A leading events and catering firm is looking to nurture the next generation of the hospitality sector with the creation of 20 apprenticeship roles across London and the South East of England.

Crown Partnership has its eye on the future as it sets out to invest in skills and help the industry recover post-COVID. For the first time, the company is taking on apprentices, with new recruits sought across London, Essex, Kent, Coventry, Sussex and Cambridgeshire.

Along with on-the-job training, apprentices spend at least 20 per cent of their working hours completing classroom-based learning with a college, university or training provider, leading to a nationally recognised qualification. Apprenticeships are ideal for those early in their career or who are looking to upskill.

News of the apprenticeship scheme follows a major recruitment drive in July, when Crown Partnership created 140 new roles as it bounced back following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions.
