Indie film heavyweights populate 2019’s Britflix Power 100 list
Independent Film & TV heavyweights have heavily populated 2019’s Britflix Power 100 list.
The list curated by film website Britflix in partnership with UKPower100 was released today – it included film producers, directors, editors, actors, film journalists and distributors.
Notable inductees included Eastenders star Danny Dyer whilst famed actors Rita Simons, Nick Nevern, Noel Clarke & Ray Whinstone all secured a place on the list.
The man at the helm of the list, Britflix Power 100 President – Andrew Twambley told us “A year or 2 ago, if you asked the average British cinema goer about their favourite films, 99% would tell you about American titles. But not any more….the talent is this side of the pond and The Brits are being recognised for their excellent work in a multitude of film disciplines. British talent and product is on the rise. The rest of the world better watch out”
