Intimacy Expert predicts who will stick or twist following Love Island’s Casa Amor

Following what has already been a drama-filled first half of Love Island Season 8, the villa girls headed to Casa Amor for the ultimate relationship test.

But as the girls spend time apart getting to know new people, who will remain faithful to their original partner and who will choose to couple up with someone new?

Here are my predictions:

Ekin-Su and Davide – TWIST

They’ve not had the smoothest ride in the villa, but things were looking up for Davide (Capricorn) and Ekin-Su (Leo) before they were split up.

If these two make it into the real world as a couple, they could form an unlikely pair that have a good time together, learn a lot from each other and are completely devoted to making their relationship work.

However, Davide’s stubbornness and radical self-reliance have likely made it hard to forgive Ekin for ditching him previously, and with very little time for her to make it up to him before Casa Amor, it’s looking like he could couple up with someone else, leaving her devastated.

So far, we’ve seen him grow close to new girls, Mollie and Coco – but neither are good astrological matches. If he couples up with Sagittarius Mollie, they might find it hard to see past each other’s flaws and have very different opinions on life. Whereas, if he couples up with Aquarius Coco, likely conflict will arise due to both signs being stubborn and pigheaded.

Davide will couple up with Mollie but end-up back with Ekin-Su once he realises they make a good couple.

Luca and Gemma – STICK

One of the longest pairings of this series, Luca and Gemma have seemed fairly inseparable during their time in the villa.

And despite both having conversations with the new bombshells during Casa Amor, Luca and Gemma (both Taurus) will likely stick with each other.

As they share a star sign, these two are incredibly similar and will share a love connection of a lifetime, full of loyalty, romance and devotion. One thing that could get in their way is their jealousy and stubbornness, which could see them disagree with each other often.

If they were going to pick other people, Luca would be best suited to Summer – a Pisces – as their emotional natures would complement one another. Meanwhile, Gemma could find a good relationship with Deji or Billy (Taurus) and have strong chemistry with Jack or George.

Indiyah and Dami – TWIST

Dami’s terrace kiss with Summer shocked viewers last night and it’s likely this isn’t the end of his shocking behaviour as I predict he will leave Indiyah single.

Dami (Aries) and Summer (Pisces) aren’t necessarily the best match. Summer could grow frustrated at Dami’s pushiness, and he might grow tired of her sensitivity – pushing him back into Indiyah’s arms.

Similarly, Indiyah and Deji have been getting to know each other at Casa Amor, but this isn’t destined to go far. A Taurus like Deji will likely demand too much commitment and stability that Indiyah (Sagittarius) can’t give, and they have opposite communication styles.

Even if Indiyah or Dami recouple, they could find their way back to each other as they would enjoy a harmonious relationship due to their shared energy and interests. But the thing that could have got in their way here is Aries being in too much of a rush to force a strong connection and Sagittarius struggling to spot obvious signs – making communication the issue.

Paige and Jacques – STICK

While they have been entertaining chats with new islanders, a connection like Paige and Jacques’ is hard to find, so I predict they will stick in their original couple.

Virgo Paige and Taurus Jacques are extremely compatible as they have a lot in common and are romantic and patient.

If they were going to pick other people, Paige would be best suited to Billy or Deji, as they share the same star sign and potential qualities as Jacques or Billy (Cancer) – with the two sharing similar goals and desires. Jacques would be best suited to Summer and should steer clear of Mollie and Chyna (Sagittarius) – as they are complete opposites and are likely to clash due to their strong opinions.

Danica and Jay – TWIST

After Jay (Aquarius) made it relatively clear that he isn’t interested in pursuing a romantic relationship with Danica (Aries), they have both been getting to know other people.

Over at Casa Amor, Danica has been getting to know Josh, with the two of them sharing a kiss. The two of them clearly have a sexual connection. But their opposite approaches to things could be either the best or worst thing for them as a couple, as Danica is very impulsive and excitable, whereas Josh is calmer and smoother. They will need to learn from each other if they want to take their relationship into the main villa or the real world.

We haven’t seen much from Jay except his extremely awkward chat with Chyna. And, if he chooses to couple up with Chyna – their relationship will need spontaneity to flourish as it could be hard to adapt from friends to lovers, as Aquarius and Saggitarius signs can be quite detached. Jay would better suit Coco (also Aquarius) as they’re more likely to understand each other. Alternatively, Jay and Cheyanne (Libra) would make a good pair.

One thing’s for sure, Danica and Jay won’t be recoupling when the two villas are reunited.

Tasha and Andrew – TWIST

Love Island fans haven’t been happy with Tasha and Andrew’s relationship for a while now, despite being the longest-standing couple in the villa.

Pisces Andrew and Leo Tasha aren’t the best match – the prediction in Love Island terms is the relationship ‘is what it is. The two signs are opposites, with Pisces generally more reserved than Leo. Tasha has likely left Andrew burnt emotionally by her fiery personality, which has caused him to look elsewhere now that they are apart.

My prediction is both Tasha and Andrew will choose to recouple with other people.

If Coco doesn’t get picked by anyone else, Andrew and Coco – who have already shared a kiss – would make a great couple to go into the main villa together as they share the same enthusiasm, energy and desire for a sincere, open and honest relationship.

Tasha and new boy Billy have also kissed, but their connection could be tainted by jealousy from Taurus Billy or Leo Tasha’s desire for complete adoration. This potential pairing would have to work on their issues and try not to let things get too intense too quickly.

Tasha would be better suited to Deji (Gemini) or Josh (Libra), as Gemini and Leo are a great personality fit and Libra and Leo will have a passionate union.
