Urban Greens, a front-runner in London’s salad revolution, is excited to unveil Trays—a game-changing, chef-driven concept launching on April 8th. Designed by Finn Tonry, MOB Kitchen Chef and Head of Food at Urban Greens, Trays offer a satisfying and energising hot meal option perfect for both lunch and dinner.

Expanding on Urban Greens’ globally inspired menu of fresh, nourishing ingredients, Trays deliver nutritionally balanced bold flavours and rich textures in every bite. In true UG style, the thoughtfully curated elements of each Tray deliver combinations that strike the perfect balance between food that fuels and food that delights. Each Tray features a hot protein paired with a warm grain and a curated selection of vibrant veggies, complemented by an exciting new addition to the Urban Greens lineup: Scoops.

Scoops are designed to be a light yet nutrient-dense way to elevate your meal, adding layers of bold flavour and an extra protein boost (adding between 2g and 4.5g of protein per scoop). Each Tray includes one scoop, with the option to add more for a customised dining experience. Whether you’re craving the fiery sambal feta reminiscent of Southeast Asia, the refreshing Persian-inspired tzatziki (a nod to Urban Greens founder Houman Ashrafzadeh’s Iranian heritage), or the savoury whipped miso tofu with its knockout umami punch, there’s a scoop for every palate.

For those who love to mix and match, Urban Greens is also introducing a fully customisable “Build Your Own Tray” option, giving diners the freedom to craft their perfect meal with a selection of proteins, pickled veggies, and signature crunchy toppings.

Trays are set to solidify Urban Greens as an all-day dining destination, making it just as popular for dinner as it is for lunch.
