Seafood lovers, get ready! Following the success of his 2024 series, TV chef Jack Stein is bringing back his highly anticipated Seafood Odyssey chef collaboration dinners this year. These exclusive culinary experiences see Chef Director Jack teaming up with some of the UK’s most exciting chefs to create unforgettable one-off menus that hero the best of British seafood, hosted at Rick Stein Barnes.

The stellar line-up consists of Sally Abé (The Pem, specialising in modern British cuisine), Andy Oliver (som saa, Kolae, with a focus on Thai flavours), and Anna Haugh (Myrtle Restaurant, Wee Sister Wine Bar, championing Irish cuisine) – each bringing their signature culinary flair to the table.

First up, mark your calendars for Jack Stein x Sally Abé’s Seafood Odyssey Dinner on Thursday 3rd April, 7pm, at Rick Stein Barnes, promising an intimate evening of expertly crafted dishes and conversation with both chefs, overlooking the beautiful views of the River Thames.

Sally Abé is one of London’s leading chefs, having worked in some of the capital’s most illustrious restaurants including The Ledbury, The Harwood Arms, and Elystan Street. She runs the critically acclaimed fine dining restaurant, The Pem, at Conrad London St James in Westminster.

Tickets are priced at £80pp and include a welcome drink, plus a six-course seafood menu including a spectacular Hot Shellfish Platter with wild garlic and marmite butter developed by both chefs; a Potted Mackerel with pickled cucumber from Sally; an innovative Cuttlefish Bolognese from Jack; plus a Lemon Meringue Pie with yoghurt sorbet, caramelised white chocolate and hazelnut to finish.

Rick Stein Restaurants celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2025, marking an impressive five decades since Rick and Jill opened The Seafood Restaurant in Padstow in 1975. The Steins are celebrating with a range of celebrations including the new Seafood Odyssey Series led by Jack.
