LATEST COLLECTION OF NEW HOMES UNVEILED AT POPULAR BUCKTON FIELDS DEVELOPMENT
Housebuilder Martin Grant Homes has just unveiled the latest phase of new homes at its popular Buckton Fields development in Boughton, just outside of Northampton. The new release will consist of 64 new homes, with three and four-bedroom properties launching this summer, followed by two-bedroom homes available with Help to Buy in the autumn.
Demand for space is at an all-time high according to Nationwide[1] as buyers search for bigger homes and gardens. The latest phase of new homes at Buckton Fields are designed to suit modern families as buyers also search for more spacious living arrangements and home working opportunities.
Dean Markall, Sales and Marketing Director at Martin Grant Homes, comments: “After seemingly endless lockdowns, buyers’ priorities have shifted permanently in favour of needing more space both indoors and outdoors. The larger three and four-bedroom family homes in our latest phase are ideal for families and can be adapted to accommodate flexible living, whether you need an office for homeworking or schooling, or a playroom.”
The latest phase of homes will have features such as traditional brick facades, or a classic stone finish, landscaped front gardens and generous rear gardens, a contemporary fitted kitchen with integrated appliances and most homes will also benefit from their own private garage.
Dean Markall adds: “We are also pleased that Help to Buy will be available on our two-bedroom homes this autumn, which will offer greater access to home ownership for those hoping to get onto the property ladder with a low five per cent deposit.”
Buckton Fields is ideally located between Northampton and the picturesque village of Boughton, with the homes forming part of the wider Buckton Fields development. Since its launch in January 2016, the development has proved popular with the local market, creating a well-established community of young families, first time buyers and second steppers.
Once complete, Buckton Fields will offer a range of facilities, including its own primary school which will open in September 2021, convenience shops and services, open parkland and play spaces.
Ideal for commuters, Northampton Railway Station is just a few miles from Buckton Fields and offers direct services to London Euston in as little as 46 minutes, while Milton Keynes and Coventry are just 13 and 29 minutes respectively by train. For travel by road, the nearby M1 connects residents south to Milton Keynes or north to Leicester or Rugby and Coventry via the A428 and M45.
