Ham Hock & Cheddar Sausage Rolls
Launching on 16th June, Higgidy’s new Ham Hock and Cheddar Sausage Rolls are made with British high welfare outdoor bred sausagemeat and ham hock, encased in 128 layers of hand-folded, all-butter puff pastry. The rolls are made with a 14-month aged West Country Cheddar & wholegrain mustard, hand-topped with Cheddar cheese.
