Londoner Brooke Law releasing a new single ‘Help Me’
2023 is proving to be a seminal year for Brooke. Kicking off with a performance at the o2 Arena in March for the C2C festival she has continued to impress with the power and sassiness of her performances. Further festivals have followed, among them Black Deer, Buckle and Boots, Livestock and in August The Long Road. Her London gigs include The Slaughtered Lamb, Bread and Roses, The Water Rats, Pizza Express Holborn, The Hope and Anchor and Brixton Blues Kitchen. In October she will form part of a song writing panel for Under The Apple Tree Sessions presented by AEG and C2C taking place at Bush Hall.
Brooke’s releases are attracting new followers at each turn and her non stop work ethic, in both writing and performing, has now caught the eye of Texas based The Buddy Holly Songwriters Retreat to which she was invited in September. The retreat is a gathering of songwriters brought together to jointly create new songs and to share each others’ thoughts on their profession. The event is curated by two time Grammy Award Winning and ACM nominee Beth Nielsen Chapman.
Her next release is scheduled for 10th November. It is co written with Jeff Cohen and produced by Michael Stockwell.
