Champagne Laurent-Perrier has launched ‘Serenity in the City’, a brand-new summer terrace exclusively with Nobu at their famed Portman Square site. In the heart of Marylebone, this terrace combines the Japanese concept of wa, with the French sophistication of Laurent-Perrier’s iconic pairings – redefining the meaning of serenity in one of the world’s busiest cities.

The terrace design draws inspiration from Laurent-Perrier’s upcoming Petal Robe, which you can expect to launch later in the year exclusively at Selfridges. The limited-edition Cuvée Rosé robe is inspired by the colour palette of the infamous liquid, creating a ‘petal’ effect.

Silent Pool Hush Summer Terrace

Silent Pool Distillers has launched ‘Secret Garden’ at renowned Mayfair restaurant, Hush for the summer. Showcasing the marriage of two classic British brands, Hush’s tranquil courtyard terrace features fragrant blooms of lavender, chamomile, roses and linden to bring to life some of Silent Pool’s hero botanicals, bringing a taste of the English countryside and rolling Surrey Hills to a hidden gem in the heart of the city.

This season, sip on a selection of specially curated Silent Pool serves ranging from Hedgerow Sour to a White Peach Negroni and Bee’s Knees Gimlet. Passing the mantle to guests, the partnership also marks the launch of the private Aroma Masterclass series which will take place on selected dates in Hush’s renowned Blades Room. Through a 90-minute session, guests will learn about the production process that forms the basis of its 24-botanical-strong core gin recipe to create their very own custom blended, intensely aromatic, liquid garnish to take home.

City rooftop restaurant and bar Aviary’s Whispering Angel Rosé Sky Terrace is the ultimate hot-spot of the summer, a heavenly partnership which will provide Londoners with signature drinks, paired with French decadence against the backdrop of the city’s breathtaking views.

Transporting guests straight to the heart of Provence, the limited edition Aviary x Whispering Angel Rosé Sky Terrace menu offers a wine flight featuring three rosés from the renowned Château d’Esclans’ vineyard, Whispering Angel, Rock Angel and The Pale by Sacha Lichine.

Decked out in Whispering Angel’s signature style, the terrace is decorated with pergolas, beautiful florals, the iconic pink colour scheme and a resident DJ. Highlights from Aviary’s curated menu include a sensational seafood tower with lobster, langoustine, prawns, oysters, cockles and mussels and small plates of duck fat potato terrine and Arenkha caviar.

London’s luxury 360-degree rooftop bar and restaurant Wagtail has just launched its highly anticipated summer rooftop terrace in partnership with Minuty in the eaves of one of the capital’s grandest art-deco buildings. Delivering the spirit of St Tropez to the capital, the terrace has been beautifully designed with muted colour tones and French elegance in mind to bring Provençal vibes to the city.

Transporting guests straight to the French Riviera, highlights of the menu include Château Minuty’s three most popular rosès: Prestige, Rose et Or and 281 and bites from the new a la Carte menu. Championing British produce in every dish, the new menu features Quinoa and sour cherry ceviche and Tuna and watermelon tartare as well as seasonal dishes including British lamb rump and Spinach and ricotta tortellini.
