Total Integrated Solutions Ltd (TIS), suppliers of smart, integrated safety, communication and security solutions, has been acquired by the groups former Head of Combined Services Division.
Established more than 60 years ago, TIS has created a reputation of quality and service throughout the Midlands. They are responsible for developing some of the most advanced and sophisticated systems for clients such as The Ministry of Defence (MoD) University of Leeds, West Midlands Combined Authority and The ExtraCare Charitable Trust.
The Management Buy Out sees ownership transition from joint between James Twigg and Chris Lewis to solely James Twigg, now Managing Director and sole shareholder.
