MOCO Museum talks programme during Frieze 2024
To coincide with Frieze Art Fair, the newly opened Moco Museum London will be hosting two free to attend in-conversation events, with leading artists Chris Levine and Jake Chapman providing audiences with an insight into their artistic process alongside an opportunity to buy exclusive signed artworks.
Thursday 10th October, 6-8pm
Daniel Lismore in conversation with Chris Levine
Artist Chris Levine will be interviewed by sculptor, designer and campaigner Daniel Lismore as part of a special evening event in the museum, exploring the artist’s inspirations and interest in the iconography of celebrity culture. At the heart of Levine’s practice are immersive light installations, encouraging an almost meditative connection with the viewer, and his series of portraits on Queen Elizabeth II can be seen on the top floor of the museum. As part of the evening, guests will have an opportunity to meet with the artist and acquire a signed print of his iconic Kate Moss portrait.
