National Mentoring Day Announces Simon Fordham as New Chair
In a significant development for mentoring in the UK and globally, National Mentoring Day (NMD) has officially announced the appointment of Simon Fordham as its new Chair, effective immediately. This strategic move aims to enhance the organisation’s reach and efficacy in advancing mentorship across various sectors.

National Mentoring Day has been serving the mentoring industry since 2014. Founded to celebrate and promote the benefits of mentoring, with a special focus on inspiring and supporting individuals and businesses. It takes place annually on October 27th, with events, campaigns and support running throughout the year. It is now the largest celebration of mentoring in the world – touching the lives of over 18 million people worldwide.
