New partnership announced to streamline bookings for Sodexo-run gym
A new partnership is set to create a simpler, more streamlined booking process for 7HQ Gym, a health and fitness centre in London, managed by Sodexo, a leading global services provider.
The tie-up sees facilities management company, Sodexo, partnering with innovative booking management platform fibodo, to implement a new booking system that allows over 3,000 people to seamlessly book personal training and fitness sessions at the 7HQ Gym. The system also includes a dedicated booking app exclusively for users to book activities – whether they are working in the office, at home or on the road.
Launched on 2nd September, the platform enables any user to book fitness sessions and classes, beauty and relaxation sessions with trainers and therapists at the 7HQ Gym.
The partnership called upon fibodo to deliver a platform that manages bookings and payments for multiple activities, provided by several people – ultimately creating a smooth booking journey and a great customer experience.
In the UK and Ireland Sodexo delivers food and facilities management services to clients at over 2,300 locations in the corporate, energy & resources, healthcare, education, leisure, justice and defence sectors.
Alan West, Head of Health & Wellbeing, at Sodexo commented: “Our focus is on providing a great service to our clients. We wanted a straightforward, innovative way to deliver an effective booking platform for the 7HQ Gym. fibodo’s booking management solution had been recommended to us in this respect and we’re delighted to be working with the team as we build upon success for the future.”
